Refunds & Returns

Making a return is very simple: just remember to notify the return request (Step 1) within 14 days starting from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

Step 1 – request the opening of the return procedure by writing to us at info@incredy.it

First you must communicate to us by writing to info@incredy.it, your intention to return one or more items. 

Secondly, we would like to know the reason for the return.

Don't worry, we will always accept all returns, but we want every criticism to be a point of improvement for us.

Step 2 – returning the products

Within 10 days of the above notification date, you can return the items by shipping the product/products to the address:

Please note: In this case, the shipping and packaging costs of the products to be returned are your responsibility. You can reuse the original box if it is in good condition.

Step 3 – Refund

To obtain a refund, the products must be intact (do not send us completely finished products or destroyed bottles!). Once the integrity of the product has been verified, Cool Net SRL will refund the amount paid for the product itself.
