Why should I use a specific intimate cleanser for men?
Most men use the same cleanser as their partner, and therefore probably with an acidic pH, or, even more often, they use for their genital areas the cleanser they usually use in the shower or wash their hands and face, which probably has an alkaline pH and may contain aggressive surfactants and foaming agents. For this very reason, we have developed a product specifically intended for male intimate hygiene; this product has a physiological pH (pH 5.5), which respects the skin of the external male genitals.
When will my package arrive?
PACKAGES will travel with Poste Italiane and will always be monitorable via the shipment tracking that will be provided via email. Delivery times are (2-3 working days).
Is shipping free?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over €19.80. Orders under €19.80 will be charged €5.60 VAT included.
How can I use my discount code?

How can I make a return?
If you have decided to return the product, we are sorry to hear that, but we understand your choice. If you wish to proceed, our Return Policy allows you to return the product within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you as soon as the product is delivered to us. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs and we kindly ask that you return the product in its original condition.
Can I use Incrediy Balls to shower too?
