These Conditions of Sale govern the sale to the final consumer (hereinafter "Customer") on the website www.incredy.it (hereinafter "the site") of products for personal well-being and hygiene (hereinafter "Products") produced by Cool Net SRL.
Accordingly, order a Product for sale on the site www.incredy.it (hereinafter the “Site”) or a product of the company COOL NET S.R.L. entails full acceptance of these conditions of sale by the Customer, who declares to have read them before placing the order.

BASIC INFORMATION
Products
The products for cosmetics, hygiene, food supplements, make-up and the dermatological line offered for sale on the site constitute the offer of Cool Net SRL. Cool Net SRL reserves the right to modify its product collection and ranges at any time.
The photos of the Products presented on the site are not contractual, but an example model. Despite this, Cool Net SRL is committed to ensuring that the photos of the Products on the site faithfully reproduce the products offered and do not give rise to any ambiguity regarding dimensions, weight, quality.

For the purposes of these Conditions of Sale, final consumer ("Customer") means any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal or professional activity carried out.
Rates
The prices of each item always include VAT.
If changes occur in VAT rates and other indirect taxes, the corresponding price changes will be applied more or less. Transport costs, as a flat-rate contribution, are also subject to ordinary VAT.
The prices indicated in the catalog are those that the Customer must actually pay with the sole addition of any fixed contribution for shipping costs, indicated directly in the order form.
TO ORDER AND CONCLUDE THE PURCHASE CONTRACT
The customer has the opportunity to check the details of his order and correct any errors. During a purchase transaction, the customer can order a maximum of 6 items for the same product with a maximum amount of €350.00 including VAT for each order.
From the moment the Customer confirms his order by clicking on the "BUY NOW" icon, he agrees to be aware of the contents of these conditions of sale, the prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities, and conditions of shipping of the purchased Products.
The sale is final at the moment of confirmation of the order by the customer, taking into account the possibility for the customer to exercise his right of withdrawal, according to the methods illustrated below.
The order is then confirmed by Cool Net SRL which sends an email to the Customer, reiterating all the information specified above. When the order is actually shipped, Cool Net SRL will send a second email to the Customer.
Cool Net SRL recommends the Customer to keep the two emails. The Customer is informed that the two emails will be sent to the email address confirmed by the Customer when registering personal data, before placing the order. In the event of an error in the email address or failure to receive emails, Cool Net SRL assumes no responsibility.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Cool Net SRL, which reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to process any order proposal in the event that:
Payments
The Customer undertakes to pay the price of the Products purchased in the manner indicated below.
Online transactions are transmitted via a secure server with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. This protocol allows you to communicate in a way designed to avoid the interception, modification or falsification of information. Cool Net SRL does not in any case become aware of the credit card data used by the Customer.
a) payment by credit card
Once the order has been received, Cool Net SRL makes a pre-authorization request on the Customer's credit card to ensure that the latter has sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Credit cards are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing body. Cool Net SRL is not responsible for any lack of authorization by the organization in question.
The amount will be charged to the credit card when the purchased products are actually shipped, with the exception of pre-orders, for which the charge is immediate. Cool Net SRL never becomes aware of the Customer's credit card data.
b) payment via Paypal
The Customer with a Paypal account can pay for his order directly online and the operating method is completely similar to that described for payment by credit card. The customer will have to enter their details and proceed with the payment.
The amount is debited to the Paypal account when the purchased products are actually shipped, with the exception of pre-orders, for which the debit is immediate. Even with Paypal, the Customer's banking information is never communicated to Cool Net SRL.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Cool Net SRL delivers packages containing the Products only on Italian territory. Please note: the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican State are not part of Italian territory.
During the order, the Customer defines the shipping method and address to which the goods will be delivered.
Orders confirmed by 12.00 of each working day are normally processed within the following working day, in order to prepare the shipment of the ordered products.
For information, starting from the receipt of the email confirming the shipment of the order, the average delivery time is estimated at 2-3 working days for mainland Italy, 3-6 days for the islands.
An email sent directly by the delivery carrier provides the Customer with the web address to access to view information updated in real time on the location of the package and the "tracking" of the shipment.
Home delivery
The Customer has the possibility to choose delivery to the billing address or to any different address defined at the time of the order.
For each order less than €19.00 including VAT, a fixed contribution is required for shipping costs, the amount of which of €4.50 including VAT will be indicated directly in the order itself. These charges will only be charged once per order, regardless of the number of packages shipped.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract and return all or some of the products purchased without specifying a precise reason, within a maximum period of 14 days starting from the date of receipt of the purchased products.
To exercise this right and notify the decision to withdraw from this contract you can proceed as follows:
The refund is made in the same circuit used to pay for the order in the case of credit card and Paypal.
The refund procedure is activated within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at the INCREDY headquarters.

LEGAL PRODUCT WARRANTY
The customer can benefit from the rights of legal guarantee of conformity and legal guarantee for product defects. In case of conformity or product defects and in compliance with the conditions established by law, the customer can address a complaint to Cool Net SRL by sending an e-mail to the address info@incredy.it.
In the event of any product defects, Cool Net SRL undertakes to replace the Product in question with an identical or equivalent one.
INCREDY emphasizes that cosmetic products in particular must be stored in dry places, not exposed to too high temperatures or sources of too intense light. Furthermore, the products themselves are subject to an expiry date clearly indicated on the packaging. Products that are not stored in the manner indicated will therefore be excluded from the warranty.
MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS OF SALE
Cool Net SRL reserves the right to modify the content or characteristics of the Conditions of Sale at any time. Each order gives rise to acceptance of the Conditions of Sale in the version in force at that time. If the Conditions of Sale undergo changes, they will not be applied to orders concluded before the changes.
FEEDBACK ON THE PRODUCTS
Cool Net SRL undertakes to publish the testimonials included on the Site, provided that the following moderation criteria are respected: Cool Net SRL reserves the right not to publish incomprehensible, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, racist or messages without reference to the products in question . Furthermore, Cool Net SRL reserves the right to change the length, spelling or some terms, as moderator, in order to improve editorial coherence with the site and its contents.
All those who post a message grant Cool Net SRL, for the entire legal duration of copyright, the right to use it anonymously. The customer therefore allows Cool Net SRL to publish, translate and disseminate his testimony on all communication channels used by Cool Net SRL even outside the Italian territory.

RESPONSIBILITY

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
